Extreme Eyeball Popping

Claudio Paulo Pinto from Belo Horizonte, 340 kilometers (210 miles) north of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil can pop his eyeballs at least 7 millimeters (0.3 inches) out of their sockets. He does not hold the world record, but it sure is spooky looking at his pictures.
